Casa Loma

This was the former estate of Sir Henry Pellatt, prominent Toronto financier, industrialist, and military man, who engaged architect E.J. Lennox to build a “medieval” castle on the hill overlooking Toronto in 1911. It now houses historical exhibits and hosts numerous community events.

Preservation of the castle provides visitors with access to fully decorated suites, secret passages, an 800-foot tunnel, towers, and stables.
